Biography
Milo Cawthorne is a New Zealand actor. Born on 30 April 1989 in Whangārei, he began acting as a teenager with a role in the children's television series P.E.T. Detectives (2003).
He gained wider recognition for his role as Ziggy Grover, the Green Ranger, in the series Power Rangers RPM (2009). Subsequent credits include the films Blood Punch (2013), Deathgasm (2015), Mega Time Squad (2018) and Guns Akimbo (2019), as well as the miniseries When We Go To War (2015). He has also worked extensively in New Zealand theatre.
Cawthorne appeared as Man in the 2025 film Wolf Man. He has received nominations for Best Actor for his performances in Blood Punch and Deathgasm.
