Biography
Mimosa Willamo is a Finnish actress. She was born on 9 November 1994 in Espoo and raised in a bilingual Finnish- and Swedish-speaking family. She has appeared in roles in both languages.
Willamo is known for her performances in the films Headfirst (2014), Lake Bodom (2016) as Nora, Aurora (2019), and Sisu (2022) as Aino, as well as the series Deadwind (2018–2021) as Henna Honkasuo and Box 21 (2020) as Mariana Hermansson.
She received a Jussi Award for Best Supporting Actress for Headfirst and a Jussi Award for Best Actress for Aurora. She also won Best Actress at Screamfest for her role in Lake Bodom.
