Biography
Mitchell Lichtenstein is an American actor, writer, producer and director. Born on 10 March 1956 in Cleveland, Ohio, he is the son of the artist Roy Lichtenstein. He studied acting at Bennington College and Yale University.
His acting credits include the role of Simon in Ang Lee's The Wedding Banquet (1993). He appeared in The Lords of Discipline (1983) and Streamers (1983), the latter earning the cast the Volpi Cup for Best Actor at the Venice Film Festival. Lichtenstein wrote, produced and directed the films Teeth (2007) and Happy Tears (2009).
