Biography
Monica Zetterlund was a Swedish actress and jazz singer. Born Eva Monica Nilsson, she also recorded under the name Eva Norén early in her career.
She appeared in more than ten Swedish films and television productions. Her notable screen roles include Ulrika in The Emigrants (1971) and its sequel The New Land (1972), and Anna Lindberg in The Apple War (1971). She received a Guldbagge Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performances in The New Land and The Apple War.
Zetterlund began her career singing with her father's orchestra and later collaborated with Hasse & Tage in revues and films. She died in Stockholm in 2005.
