Biography
Morfydd Clark is a Welsh actress. Born on 17 March 1989 in Stockholm, Sweden, she was raised in Wales after her family moved there when she was two.
She is best known for playing Galadriel in the Amazon series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (2022–present) and Maud in the film Saint Maud (2019, released 2020). Other film credits include Love & Friendship (2016), The Personal History of David Copperfield (2019) and Crawl (2019). On television she has appeared in His Dark Materials (2019) and Dracula (2020).
Clark began her career with stage work, including a role as Cordelia opposite Glenda Jackson in King Lear at the Old Vic.
