Biography
Najarra Townsend is an American actor. Born in Santa Barbara, California, she began modelling and performing in local stage productions as a child and trained at the Los Angeles Talent Academy. She made her screen debut at the age of ten.
Townsend first gained international attention for her role as Rebecca in Miranda July’s Me and You and Everyone We Know (2005). She later starred as Samantha in the horror films Contracted (2013) and Contracted: Phase II (2015), and as Claire in The Stylist (2020). Other notable credits include Tru Loved (2008) and Wolf Mother (2016). She has also worked as a producer and director.
