Biography
Nanoka Hara is a Japanese actress born in Tokyo on 26 August 2003. She began her career as a child actor in 2009 after passing the J-beans Net Scout Audition and is affiliated with Tristone Entertainment.
She voiced the lead character Suzume Iwato in Makoto Shinkai's animated film Suzume (2022), selected from more than 1,700 audition participants. Earlier credits include the role of young Mitsuko Muto in Why Don't You Play in Hell? (2013) and Hiromi in Hell Dogs (2022). She has also appeared in live-action dramas such as Don't Call It Mystery (2023).
In 2024, Hara received the Best New Actor Award at the 18th Seiyu Awards.
