Biography
Naoki Tachikawa is a Japanese composer, producer and writer. Born in Asakusa, Tokyo in 1949, he has contributed to film music and production since the 1980s.
He composed the music for Raise the Red Lantern (1991) and A City of Sadness (1989). Tachikawa also wrote the original story for the 2004 film 69 and has worked as a producer on several projects, including Highway Patrolman (1991).
