Biography
Naoki Tatsuta is a Japanese voice actor born on 8 September 1950 in Iwade, Wakayama Prefecture. He is affiliated with Aoni Production and has been active since 1976. He trained at the Tokyo Actor's School and the Haikyō Training Institute, and is a graduate of Meiji University.
Tatsuta voiced Catbus in the 1988 film My Neighbor Totoro. He is also known for the role of Oolong in Dragon Ball (1986) and subsequent series and films, as well as characters including Vasco Shot in One Piece (1999) and various parts in Cowboy Bebop (1998) and Hunter x Hunter (2011).
His former stage name was 竜田 直樹. He is married to actress Sanae Takagi.
