Biography
Naomi Despres is a film producer whose credits include Zero Effect (1998), High Crimes (2002, as co-producer), Chapter 27 (2007), The English Teacher (2013), Kill the Messenger (2014), Lizzie (2018) and Lying and Stealing (2019). She has also served as executive producer on later projects including Here After (2024) and Good Boy (2026).
She has worked in film development for more than two decades, contributing to projects such as The Joy Luck Club, The People vs. Larry Flynt, Nixon and Meet the Fockers. Despres has additionally directed short films including The Dancer (2015) and Away (2016).
