Biography
Naritoshi Hayashi was a Japanese actor. Born in Kyoto in 1931, he was the son of actor Kazuo Hasegawa and began his career as a child performer, appearing in films from the early 1940s.
He studied at Keio University and joined Daiei studios, later moving to Toho where he worked in film and as a stage actor in kabuki productions. Hayashi appeared in numerous period dramas and supporting roles across more than four decades.
His credits include An Actor's Revenge (1963) as Mukuzu, The Loyal 47 Ronin (1958) as Yasubei Horibe, and Tampopo (1985) as the accompanying man. He died in 2008.
