Biography
Natalie Carter is an American actress. She studied drama at Carnegie Mellon University, where she obtained a B.F.A.
Her screen credits include the role of Suburban Neighbor in The Adjustment Bureau (2011), Lillian Hayes in Orange Is the New Black (2013–2019), Mrs. Roach in Eighth Grade (2018), and appearances in Another Earth (2011), Ali (2001), The Blacklist (2013), Blue Bloods (2010) and 30 Rock (2006). She has also worked as a neo-ethnic soul and jazz vocalist, performing nationally and internationally.
