Biography
Natalie Simpson is a British-Nigerian actress. She graduated from LAMDA in 2015 and began her career in theatre, appearing with the Royal Shakespeare Company in productions including Hamlet (2016) as Ophelia, Cymbeline and King Lear.
Her screen credits include Outlander (2018–2019) as Phaedre, Les Misérables (2018) as Sister Simplice, Midsomer Murders (2021) as Erika Marx, North Sea Connection (2022) as Adamma Kenny, and The Mallorca Files (2019) as Chloe Sumner. She plays DS Helen Morgan in the ITV series Trigger Point (from 2024).
She has also appeared in National Theatre Live productions such as Jack Absolute Flies Again (2022) as Lydia Languish and Three Sisters (2020), as well as the film Blackwater Lane (2024) as DC Lawson.
