Biography
Natasha Parry (born Natalie Wills) was an English actress. She made her screen debut in Dance Hall (1950) and appeared in films including Midnight Lace (1960) as Peggy Thompson and Oh! What a Lovely War (1969). She played Lady Capulet in Franco Zeffirelli’s Romeo and Juliet (1968).
Parry had an extensive stage career and collaborated frequently with her husband, theatre director Peter Brook, whom she married in 1951. She appeared in several of his productions, including a 1953 television adaptation of King Lear as Cordelia. Later film roles included Vitvitskaia in Meetings with Remarkable Men (1979) and La mère in The Prodigal Daughter (1981). She continued acting until 2014.
