Biography
Neel Shah is an American television writer and producer. He began his career in journalism, contributing to outlets including Gawker, the New York Observer, College Humor and the New York Post’s Page Six column, before transitioning to television writing in the early 2010s.
Shah graduated from Dartmouth College in 2005. His credits include writing for the series Whitney (2011–2013) and The Bold Type (2017–2020), as well as Powerless (2017), Love Life (2020) and the film How High 2 (2019). He wrote one episode of the Netflix series Nobody Wants This (2024) and served as co-executive producer on nine episodes.
He is also credited as creator and writer on the Indian series Bhaag Beanie Bhaag (2020).
