Biography
Neil Cohen is a writer, playwright, journalist and screenwriter. He wrote an episode of the television series 24 (2003) and contributed a story to The Equalizer (1985). His other television credits include episodes of Mann & Machine (1992), The Big Easy (1997) and B.L. Stryker (1990).
Cohen co-wrote and co-directed the independent film Chief Zabu (1988). His screenwriting credits also include Pass the Ammo (1987), Hot Money (1986) and the screenplay for Death in Granada (1996). His plays have been produced in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, and his non-fiction writing has appeared in Los Angeles Magazine, New York Magazine, Playboy and other publications. He is the author and illustrator of the children's book American Gargoyles.
