Biography
Neil Duncan is a television producer and script editor. He studied at Glasgow and Robert Gordon University, joined the BBC as an archive researcher and later worked in production as a researcher. In 2003 he became a trainee script editor on River City, progressing to series script editor.
He worked as script editor on EastEnders from 2005 to 2007, also serving as producer on episodes including the Martin and Sonia exit storyline. Other credits from this period include script editing on The Bill and series five of New Tricks. Duncan joined Skins in 2008, working as script editor on series three and four and script executive on series five before producing series six in 2012.
Subsequent producer credits include Fortitude (2017), Clique (2018) and Endeavour (2018). He was also executive producer on the 2022 short film Murmur.
