Biography

Neil Morrissey is an English actor born on 4 July 1962 in Stafford, Staffordshire. He trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

He is known for playing Rocky Cassidy in the ITV series Boon (1986–1995) and Tony Smart in the BBC sitcom Men Behaving Badly (1992–1999). Other television roles include appearances in Waterloo Road, Line of Duty and Unforgotten.

Morrissey voiced characters including Bob, Lofty and Roley in Bob the Builder (1999–2011) and has appeared as a guest on panel shows such as Would I Lie to You? (2007).
