Biography
Neil Patel is an American production designer working in film and television, as well as a scenic designer for theatre and opera. Born in Bangor, Wales, he was raised in Wisconsin and is based in New York City. He is a graduate of Yale College and the University of California, San Diego.
His production design credits include the Apple TV+ series Dickinson (from season two), the Peabody Award-winning In Treatment, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, The Path and the feature film Dil Dhadakne Do. In theatre he has designed the Tony Award-winning Broadway production Side Man and numerous other plays and operas; he has twice received the Obie Award for sustained excellence.
