Biography
Nicholas Hormann is an American actor. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, he attended Oberlin College and received a Shansi Fellowship to teach in Taiwan for two years. He trained at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale, where he won the Oliver Thorndike Acting Prize.
Hormann has worked in American theatre for more than fifty years, appearing on and off Broadway and at regional theatres including the Mark Taper Forum, La Jolla Playhouse, A.C.T. San Francisco and South Coast Repertory, where he received a Dramalogue Award for playing Henry Higgins in Pygmalion. His film credits include the role of the Interviewer in Kramer vs. Kramer (1979). He has appeared in numerous television series and narrates audiobooks.
