Biography
Nick Thompson (also credited as Nick J. Thompson) was an American character actor. Born on 11 September 1889 in Houston, Texas, he appeared in numerous films from the silent era through the 1950s, often in uncredited or supporting roles.
He is credited in films including Scarface (1932), Top Hat (1935) as an Italian Police Officer, Libeled Lady (1936), The Devil-Doll (1936), Union Pacific (1939), The Cat and the Canary (1939), Viva Zapata! (1952) and many Westerns, frequently portraying Native Americans or other ethnic characters. Thompson died on 22 April 1980 in Los Angeles, California.
