Biography
Nicola Blackwell is a British actor from Killingworth, Newcastle. She is known for playing Debbie Wilkinson in the film Billy Elliot (2000).
Blackwell attended Heaton Manor school and later graduated from Northumbria University with a degree in marketing. Her other screen credits include appearances in EastEnders (1996), The Bill (1999–2000), Casualty (2002) and School for Seduction (2004). She has since left acting and works in business and account management.
