Biography
Nicola Moroney is a production designer working in film and television. Her credits include the feature films Kneecap (2024) and Pixie (2020), as well as the series Derry Girls (2018–2022), Blue Lights (2023–2025) and Dalgliesh (2023–2024).
She has also served as production designer on Hope Street (2020–2022), Stuck (2022) and Fréwaka (2024). Earlier in her career she worked as an art director on projects including Ghost Machine (2009).
Moroney received a nomination for the RTS Craft & Design Award for Production Design – Drama in 2022, and was nominated for the British Independent Film Award for Best Production Design for Kneecap.
