Biography
Nicola Wilson is a British writer for theatre, radio and television. She was Literary Manager at the Bush Theatre from 2001 to 2005 and Senior Reader at the National Theatre before that. She completed the BBC Writers’ Academy in 2009.
Her television credits include episodes of Holby City, EastEnders, Casualty, two episodes of Father Brown (2013), two of The Good Karma Hospital (2018–2019), one of Shakespeare & Hathaway – Private Investigators (2018), three of Call the Midwife (2022–2024) and one of The Chelsea Detective (2025). Her stage plays include Moonwalking (2008) and Plaques and Tangles (Royal Court, 2015).
