Biography
Nicole Ansari-Cox is a German-American actress. She began acting as a child in Germany and had an early role in the television series Tatort (1986). She studied drama and dance in Hamburg, trained with Uta Hagen in New York and at the Actors Studio, and performed with the repertory company Theater am Neumarkt in Zurich and the Théâtre du Soleil in Paris.
Her screen credits include recurring roles in Deadwood (2004) as Josiane and Succession (2023) as Sally-Anne, as well as appearances in Side Effects (2013), FBI (2018), Law & Order (2022) and Last Moment of Clarity (2020). She is also credited as a producer on several films. In 2026 she appears as Sister Rachel in Just Play Dead and as Professor Olivia Woodgate in Your Fault: London.
Ansari-Cox is married to actor Brian Cox.
