Biography
Nikki Wilson (née Smith) is a British television producer. She began her career as a script editor, working on series including Trial & Retribution and early episodes of Doctor Who (as Nikki Smith).
Wilson joined the production team of the Doctor Who spin-off The Sarah Jane Adventures as a producer in 2008, later serving as executive producer. She produced the 2009 Doctor Who special The Waters of Mars and returned in 2014 to produce episodes across the eighth, ninth and tenth series. She has since held roles as series producer and co-executive producer on the programme. Her other credits include series producer on Casualty (2011–2013) and producer on Upstairs Downstairs (2010), Wolf (2023) and Death Valley (2025).
