Biography

Nile Rodgers is an American musician, record producer and composer. He co-founded the band Chic in 1977 with Bernard Edwards and has written, produced and performed on records that have sold hundreds of millions of copies worldwide.

Rodgers scored the 1988 film Coming to America and has composed for other films including Earth Girls Are Easy (1988) and Beverly Hills Cop III (1994). He is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and a multiple Grammy Award winner.
