Biography
Nils Frahm is a German composer, musician and record producer. Born on 20 September 1982 in Hamburg, he studied classical piano for eight years under Nahum Brodsky before moving to Berlin in 2006.
Frahm is known for his work combining classical and electronic elements, often using prepared and multiple pianos alongside synthesizers. His film credits include the original score for Victoria (2015), for which he received the Deutscher Filmpreis, and music for Manifesto (2017). He is also noted for solo albums such as Felt (2011) and collaborations with musicians including Anne Müller.
