Biography
Noah Baylin is a television writer and producer. He worked on the series Law & Order (1990) as story editor and executive story editor, and contributed to multiple episodes as writer, story and teleplay between 2001 and 2004.
His other credits include writing an episode of Night Stalker (2005), for which he also served as executive story editor, and writing and co-producing on Heartland (2007).
