Biography
Noboru Takagi (高木 登) is a Japanese screenwriter. He was born in Tokyo on 6 July 1968 and graduated from the Open University of Japan. He is a member of the Japan Scenario Writers Association.
Takagi received the Fuj Television Young Scenario Award (honourable mention) in 1999 and the Scenario Writers Association Newcomer Scenario Contest (runner-up) in 2000. He worked as resident playwright for the theatre company Kijō Fūkei until 2007 and founded the theatre unit Nueteki in 2009, which he continues to lead.
He is known for his work on numerous anime series, including series composition on Kuroko's Basketball (2012), Durarara!! (2010) and Baccano! (2007), and as a writer on Attack on Titan (2013), Golden Kamuy (2018) and In/Spectre (2020).
