Biography
Noel Madison (born Noel Nathaniel Moscovitch) was an American character actor. He appeared in around 75 films, most often in gangster roles, between 1930 and 1948. His screen credits include Little Caesar (1931), Me and My Gal (1932), Manhattan Melodrama (1934), 'G' Men (1935), Our Relations (1936) and Jitterbugs (1943).
Born in New York City, Madison was the son of actor Maurice Moscovitch. He trained and performed on stage in the United States, England and Australia before entering films. He was a founding member of the Screen Actors Guild.
