Biography
Nora Waldstätten, also credited as Nora von Waldstätten, is an Austrian actress. She was born on 1 December 1981 in Vienna and studied acting at the Universität der Künste Berlin from 2003 to 2007.
She appeared in television and film during her studies and gained wider recognition for her role in the Tatort episode 'Herz aus Eis' (2009). Notable film roles include Magdalena Kopp in Carlos (2010), an appearance in Clouds of Sils Maria (2014) and Kyra in Personal Shopper (2016). She has also appeared in The New Pope (2020) as Sister Lisette.
Waldstätten received the Bunte New Faces Award for best young German actress in 2009 and the Max Ophüls Prize for most promising actress in 2010.
