Biography

Norman Mailer (31 January 1923 – 10 November 2007) was an American actor. He appeared as himself in the 1996 documentary When We Were Kings.

His other screen acting credits include the role of Stanford White in Ragtime (1981) and appearances in King Lear (1987) and Cremaster 2 (1999). He also directed and wrote several films, among them Tough Guys Don't Dance (1987).
