Biography
Olivia Brown is an American actress. She played Detective Trudy Joplin in the NBC series Miami Vice (1984–1989).
Brown appeared in the films 48 Hrs. (1982), Streets of Fire (1984) and Throw Momma from the Train (1987). She had recurring roles in Designing Women, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Beverly Hills, 90210, Moesha and 7th Heaven. She was married to actor Mykelti Williamson from 1983 to 1985.
