Biography
Onitra Johnson is a writer. She has worked on the television series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (2022–), initially as a writer's assistant before becoming a staff writer and story editor, and receiving writing credits on multiple episodes including "The Elysian Kingdom" (2022), "Lost in Translation" (2023), "Shuttle to Kenfori" (2025) and "Through the Lens of Time" (2025).
Her earlier credits include work as a producer on the short film Moving Day (2018), and in the camera and electrical department on Nightside (2017). She attended high school in Northern California.
