Biography
Pablo Barbieri Carrera is an Argentine film editor. Born on 13 February 1971, he began working in sound departments in the 1990s and 2000s before establishing himself as an editor. His credits include The Aerial (2007), Chinese Take-Away (2011), Thesis on a Homicide (2013), Wild Tales (2014) and The Heist of the Century (2020).
He co-edited Wild Tales with director Damián Szifrón. The film received an Academy Award nomination for Best International Feature Film. Barbieri Carrera has won the Platino Award for Best Film Editing and is a founding partner of the Sociedad Argentina de Editores.
