Biography

Pamela Reed is an American actress. She was born on 2 April 1949 in Tacoma, Washington, and received a B.F.A. from the University of Washington.

Reed began her career on stage, earning a Drama Desk Award for her performance in the off-Broadway play Getting Out (1979) and an Obie Award for sustained excellence in performance (1983–84). Her early screen roles included The Long Riders (1980) and The Right Stuff (1983), in which she played Trudy Cooper. She is also known for film appearances in Kindergarten Cop (1990), Junior (1994) and Bean (1997), and for television work in Tanner '88 (for which she received a CableACE Award), Jericho, Parks and Recreation and NCIS: Los Angeles.
