Biography
Pamela Villoresi is an Italian actress who has worked extensively in theatre, film and television since the 1970s. Born on 1 January 1957 in Prato, Tuscany, she trained at the Teatro Metastasio in Prato and was invited by Giorgio Strehler to join the Piccolo Teatro di Milano company.
She has appeared in more than 30 films, including The Seagull (1977), Splendor (1989), Pummarò (1990), Amici miei – Come tutto ebbe inizio (2011), The Great Beauty (2013) as Viola, I Killed Napoleon (2015), Ears (2016), Youtopia (2018) and Per tutta la vita (2021). Villoresi has also performed in numerous stage productions, directed theatre work and appeared in television series such as Don Matteo.
