Biography

Pat Henning, also credited as Fred Patrick Henning, was an American character actor. He appeared in films from the late 1930s onwards and was best known for playing Kayo Dugan in On the Waterfront (1954).

His other film credits include Man on a Tightrope (1953), Wind Across the Everglades (1958), The Cardinal (1963) and Hello Down There (1969). He also worked in television, with appearances in series such as Flipper and The Jackie Gleason Show.

Henning was born on 5 July 1908 and died on 28 April 1973.
