Biography
Patricia Canino is a French film editor and director. After studying cinematography at the National Institute of Performing Arts in Brussels, she worked as an editor on several Belgian feature films, including Jeanne Dielman, 23, quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles (1975), directed by Chantal Akerman.
Her other editing credits include Le Choix (1976), Deus lo volt (1978) and 21:12 piano bar (1981). She later directed short films on art subjects and became a photographer, producing work exhibited at institutions including the Musée d’Orsay and the Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie in Arles.
