Biography
Patricia Mary Finnegan was an American writer and the wife of astronaut Michael Collins, who piloted the command module during the Apollo 11 mission. She appeared in archive footage in the 2019 documentary Apollo 11.
Born in Boston in 1930, Finnegan wrote about the experiences of astronauts' wives during the Gemini and Apollo programmes. She died in 2014.
