Biography
Patrick Van Horn is an American actor. He is credited as Jon Patrick Van Horn on some productions.
Van Horn was born on 19 August 1969 in the United States. He is the son of actress Sara Van Horn. His early roles include an appearance in the 1988 film The Dead Pool and the part of Phil in the 1992 comedy Encino Man. He played Simon Stanhope in an episode of the television series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in 1990.
Van Horn is best known for portraying Sue in the 1996 film Swingers. Subsequent credits include Three to Tango (1999), Free Enterprise (1999) and Four Christmases (2008).
