Biography
Paul Cubides is a Colombian actor from Cali. He played the role of Perro in the 2019 film Monos, directed by Alejandro Landes. Selected through a casting process that began in his school theatre group and included auditions and military-style training in Bogotá’s Chingaza national park, he was 16 years old during filming.
Cubides has also appeared in the television mini-series Echo 3 (2022–2023), in which he played guerrilla roles. He has described himself as more of a theatre practitioner than a film actor.
