Biography
Paul Fox is a Canadian film and television director from Toronto, Ontario. He is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York and the Canadian Film Centre.
His feature films include the psychological thriller The Dark Hours (2005) and the comedy Everything's Gone Green (2006), the latter of which won Best Canadian Film at the Vancouver International Film Festival. He has directed numerous television series, including 18 episodes of Schitt's Creek (2015–2017), as well as episodes of Anne with an E (2017), Haven (2010), Lost Girl (2010), Rookie Blue (2010), Frontier (2016), Murdoch Mysteries (2008) and Coroner (2019).
In 2016 he won a Canadian Screen Award for Best Direction in a Comedy Program for the Schitt's Creek episode "The Cabin" and received further nominations in the category.
