Biography
Paul Kandel is an American actor and singer. Born on 15 February 1951 in Queens, New York, he is known for his voice role as Clopin in the Disney animated film The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996) and its 2002 sequel.
Kandel has appeared on Broadway in The Visit (1992), The Who's Tommy (1993–1995) as Uncle Ernie, for which he received a Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Musical, Titanic (1997–1999) as J. Bruce Ismay, and Jesus Christ Superstar (2000) as King Herod. He has also had television roles including Reporter #2 in an episode of Law & Order.
