Biography
Paul Martin Smith is a film editor, also credited as Martin Smith. He co-edited Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999) with Ben Burtt and appears uncredited in the film as a Naboo courier.
His other editing credits include Behind Enemy Lines (2001), Mindhunters (2004), Venom (2005), Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008), London Has Fallen (2016) and Skyfire (2019). He began his career working on documentaries, commercials, music videos and television, and is a member of the Guild of British Film Editors.
Smith has been married to food stylist Valerie Aikman Smith since 1991. He is the stepson of Scottie Frances Scott Fitzgerald Smith.
