Biography

Paul Müller, also credited as Paul Konrad Müller or Paolo Muller, was a Swiss actor who appeared primarily in Italian films. Born in Neuchâtel on 11 March 1923, he trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris and made his screen debut in Ruy Blas (1948). His film career spanned 1948 to 2004 and included more than 230 roles.

He is credited as Paul Dupont in Roberto Rossellini's Journey to Italy (1954) and appeared in films directed by Federico Fellini, Mario Bava and others, as well as in the Fantozzi comedy series. Müller died in Tivoli, Italy, on 2 September 2016.
