Biography
Pauline Lynch is a Scottish actress. She played Lizzy in the film Trainspotting (1996) and reprised the role in T2 Trainspotting (2017). She trained at Rose Bruford College.
Her other screen credits include the television mini-series Attila (2001) as Galen, an episode of Outlander (2015), and Lockerbie: A Search for Truth (2025) as Dr Francesca Gregory. Lynch has also worked as a writer, publishing the novels Armadillos (2016) and Wildest of All.
She is the sister of actress Susan Lynch.
