Biography
Penny Barrett is a production designer and set decorator. She began her career as a set decorator at MGM Studios before working as an art director and production designer on feature films and television productions.
She is credited as production designer on To Sleep with Anger (1990), Menace II Society (1993) and The Glass Shield (1994). Her earlier work as set decorator includes My Brother's Wedding (1983), Livin' Large! (1991) and Zebrahead (1992). Some later credits appear under the name Penny Barrett Carter.
