Biography
Pepita Emmerichs is an Australian actress and musician. She appeared as Claire, the older sister of the protagonist, in Spike Jonze's 2009 film Where the Wild Things Are.
Emmerichs was born and raised in Melbourne. She attended the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School and later co-founded the indie folk-pop duo Oh Pep! with Olivia Hally. Her other acting credits include a guest role as Ally Shaw in the television series Blue Heelers (2005), an appearance in The Elephant Princess (2008), and the short film Stony Point (2010).
